What a Beautiful Day!

Well, like I thought, it didn't rain today. We did have to wait a bit to go outside because the grass was still wet from the rain last night. But, it didn't take much time before I couldn't wait anymore. Yorick and I went outside to play a little soccer. OK, so Yorick really doesn't play soccer. You see, what happens is, I kick the ball to him and he jumps on the ball. He doesn't ever return the ball, making the game a bit tough to play. I have been trying to teach him how to play, but every time, without fail, he jumps on the ball. That's what I get for trying to teach a cat to play soccer.

So, I gave up playing soccer and we went for a walk down to the river. I had to check up on a few letterboxes down there. It had rained a ton over the last few weeks and when we got down there, the river had eaten away at the banks. This was a bad thing. One of the trails sneaks along the river and now is barely passable. So, to be safe, I had to pull the box. I wouldn't want anyone else to scale the river like I had to today. All anyone needs is to fall into the river. The other box was fine.


Well, the night had come and it is now time for bed. Don't know if I'm doing anything tomorrow, but if I do, I'll be sure to let you know.
